am- .5 mile warm-up, 8.7 miles/ 70 min E with striders. The best trail run ever was today!! We did none other than Prospector:) best ever. Andrew and Coach scared me pretty good in the tunnel and then on the way back through the tunnel, I kept feeling like there was a person on the side of the tunnel smiling at me!! FREAKIN SCARY!! but great run and yeah, today was awesome

am- .5 mile warm-up, 3.63 miles/ 30 min E barefoot on grass. Grass run but some lame 10 year old baseball kidos stole our field so we had to run on the sucky softball field. I am pretty butthurt about that. Oh well some day those kids well learn a lesson about wasting their time with baseball...

pm- 3.92 miles/ 30 min E. Afternoon run with the team and it was freakin hot. Got back and did weights and I accomplished my goal of 25's on each side!!! Heck to the yes!

I did some visualization and wow it was awesome.

am- .5 mile warm-up, 6 miles/ 50 min PVXC Time Trial warm/cool and then 4xhill loops and striders. What a day! So today was the time trial and it was awesome! So we wanted to pack it and push together which worked well! Preston lead the first mile and Andrew was leading-ish the first half of the second. Paul surged out a little but came back and then me and Nick surged ahead cause Andrew seemed to be struggling. And that is when Nick and I took off. We were goin and then Nick pulled ahead. I was pushing hard to go after him and then I did the unthinkable! I barfed and it was nasty. And then 200 meters later I barfed again but worse and thats when Skylar passed me and I held to my spot from there. Good race though and great effort as a team. We had 10 guys in the span of 23 seconds so that was kewl.

pm- 3.82 miles/ 30 min E. My bro Devo and I drove to the Green Springs park and ran Mustang Pass and it was really nice weather!! I love how it has been cloudy a lot. It keeps the heat off a lil' bit;)

Team night was tonight and I got a sick glow in the dark bag!

am- 5.66 miles/ 50 min E trail run. Today we did the trail over on Red Hills parkway where there is a dirt parking lot. It was pretty awesome! I feel pretty great. Nice weather and I am feelin' a great day coming in;)

pm- 3.85 miles/ 30 min E. Wow the cloudy-ness has made like a humid effect and I don't like it. It reminds me of the humidity in Nauvoo... wow that was way worst there though! Good run; we planned out how we are going to race at Cedar next week and yeah. Weights were after and that went good. did some 100 ups too.

am- 5 miles/ 46 min E. We ran the Temple quarry trail and it was awesome! Scary coming back when the lightning was goin' nuts right above us!! Great run though and I am excited to go up to BrianHead with the varsities and do an overnight camp up there:)

pm- 4 miles/ 30 min E. We stoppped on the way up to BrianHead at the Navajo Lake and ran around up there. It was really pretty and amazing weather. The downpour of rain stopped right when we were about to run which was nice. After the run we jumped into the lake.... wow that was cold but refreshing at the same time.

At the cabin we played a beast game of Risk, world domination style. And I won! or should I say, Andrew and I won;)

am- 9.5 miles/ 75 min with 20 min tempo finish. Wow todays run was probably the best ever! So we drove to this road and just started running up the BrianHead mountain! we got to this trail which we thought would go up the peak.... but it just rapped around the mountain and ended in front of the peak. So we did what no one would ever do(jk but very few)! We climbed up the steepest part of the peak:) yeah that was sketchy cause I had a double-watermelon-sized rock that went out from underneath me and I slid down the mountain for a couple feet but I just got a couple dime-sized cuts. The top was legit but freakin' cold! we then ran down and went on another trail going the opposite direction and then did the tempo coming back. We were goin' pretty quick but it suprisingly felt really good. Thanks to Preston for letting us stay at his family cabin. it was beast

WORD OF THE DAY: today's word is "revive" because I haven't done my work of the day for like 2 months! shame on me. Revive means to bring back to life! Ex: I would never want to revive Al Capone cause he was just too much of a beast!

RHR- 46

Goals for next week: I wanna get every run in, do my HR consistantly, do my 100 ups everyday, pack good at Cedar and beast and feast @ the Desert Relays!
