am- 3.9 miles/ 30 min E. Nice recovery run before we do the Desert Relays today later.... wow this is gonna be a tough week.

pm- 7 miles/ 55 min Desert Relays. Warm/cool and 3x4min repeats with 4 min rec. Todays race was pretty good. So Nick and Mitch didn't have very good races cause they seem to be exhausted from yesterdays long run.... I wouldn't have felt good but I got a vitamin thing from my bro Danny and it saved my body. Such good stuff! Anywho, the when it got to me on the relay(i was last/third), we were in fifth behind two dhills teams and the B and C teams of PV. So I booked it after our teams. I passed Skylar on the way down and got right behind Jason. But then 300 left Skylar and Jason used their beast sprinting skills and so I just tried my best to go after them. I actually had a really awesome finish. And then the workout after was real chill, not really hard at all. Good day

am- 4 miles/ 30 min E. Good morning, and I almost killed everybody since I didn't exactly look before crossing the street... oops

pm- 6.15 miles/ 54 min 2sets of 3x1min sand hills, equal rec; with a 3 min rec between each set. Wow I hate sand in my eyes with a passion. Sand hill workout and it was really good, except for when someone was in front of me and sand got in my eye. So that was my motivator to push hard. But the workout was solid and fun. And did some weights after and that was beast.

am- 4 miles/ 30 min E. Good morning, and Andrews future sister-in-law is NOT his mother.

pm- 5.5 miles/ 35 min E with 4x200s prerace stuff. Nice run out into the Industrial park and over to Sullivans. Preston found a BMW thing and so he had to throw it at the next BMW that drove by. Which happened to be some domos and they got all butthurt. Oh well, they asked for it with their BMW car. Then we ran up the big hill and touched the lucky Eagle for good luck. Came back and did the 200s like men and that is a wrap!

Race: SUU Invite (3 Miles) 00:16:26, Place overall: 9

am- 8.5 miles/ SUU Invite, warm cool and striders (1/2 uphill, 1/2 downhill). Great day for running in Cedar, thats for sure! I was really feeling pretty nice and health and ready to go. The race starts and I got out and over to make room for our team and we got out great. Going up the loop and back down we sat on the back of the line of the top 10 dudes. We waited way to long to pass Boston so everybody seem to fall off again. So Nick and I just surged on and passed Boston, and then the last lap Nick surged ahead but I stayed pretty close. I got in front of Bryson at about 200 meters before the top of the park? Somethin like that. Then on the finish straight-away he got me. I coulda passed him back but my bananas were starting to come up and so I was balancing the elements;) Great race, and lots of fun! I gotta shirt so I was happy.

WORD OF THE DAY: the word is "reading" because that is all I am gonna be doing this year. I got 4 classes which require me to read everyday so it is gonna be a tough year. Reading is the process of intaking information through text using your eyeballs. Ex: I was reading all night to be ready for the first AP psychology test the next day.

Goals for next week: Stay healthy by taking my vitamins and stuff, get at least 8 hours of sleep a night, stay on top of my reading homework for APUSH and AP psych, and most importantly, have fun and find "joy in the journey".
