6.24 miles/ 5x1200 @ 89% w/ 3 min rec - 10 warm/cool to time. So I woke up and I was super sore! So we start and I just hoped in behind Andrew and Cam in the front. Our first repeat ended up being 4:58. Then Logan showed up to practice and he is good and pushing the pace, so our next repeat was 4:51. Then I just started to zone out the pain I was getting from my legs from soreness and I lead with Cam, Logan, and Paul the last three ones at 4:47, 4:41, and then 4:44. My goal pace was supposed to be 4:51. Great workout even though my legs were sore out of my mind!
Guys night at Cam's. We went over goal stuff and then had a party. Cedar is gonna be good, I'm feeling it!
